Mandy, assistant

       Mandy is the youngest daughter of Dr. Greg and Pam Weech. She is attending the University of Illinois, majoring in Animal Science and intends to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. She works at the practice as a veterinary assistant in the summer and during school breaks.



Chanda

Chanda, Kennel Attendant

       Chanda started volunteering as part of the Gale Scholarship program in 2006 and, having done such a good job, was hired part-time in 2007. Chanda now works as a kennel attendant, keeping your animals comfortable while boarding.

       Chanda has a West Highlander Terrier named George.

Cathy Anderson, Kennel Attendant

       Cathy joined the practice in 2007 as a kennel attendant. She loves to take care of your pets! She has several dogs and cats at home and is known as the knowledgeable pet guru in her neighborhood, caring for many of her friend's pets when needed.
       Cathy has three children and three grandchildren. She enjoys working for the First United Methodist Church's Dinner Delight every first and third Thursday of the month.

       Cathy is pictured here with the clinic cat, Mr. Toby.

Joshua Thomas, Kennel Attendant

       Josh joined the practice in the spring of 2008 as a kennel attendant. Josh also keeps the GAH lawn looking good in the summer. He is a junior at Galesburg High School and plays a variety of sports. When Josh graduates from high school he plans on attending college to become a pharmacist.

Ashley Garrett, Kennel Attendant

       Ashley joined the practice in the spring of 2008 as a kennel attendant. Ashley is a Sophmore at Galesburg High School, where she is active in band, choir and drama activities. She has a bubbly, out-going personality resulting from being raised in a church evironment since her father is a pastor, currently at Harvest Church of God. Ashley enjoys long walks on the beach and hanging out with her friends.

       Ashley has two pomeranians, Rowdy and Copper, that she adopted from GAH.

Kasi
Kasi
Kasi German, Kennel Attendant

       Kasi joined the practice in August 2008 as a kennel attendant and technician. She is a Sophomore at Carl Sandburg College, where she is considering a carrer in criminal justice.
       Kasi's animal handling experience is extensive. She is an assistant trainer with the 4-H Dog Obedience program and has worked as a farm hand at area private horse farms.
       Kasi is a member of Galesburg FFA Chapter, National FFA Organization, K'VIlle Clovers 4-H Club and 8th Tennessee Infantry, Company C CSA-Civil War Reenacting Organization.

       Kasi has two Border Collies, Jackson & Cujo and two horses, Easy & Spook.
