Pet Boarding
Whether you are in need of daycare services, playtime assistance, or overnight boarding you want to know that your pet is being well cared for. At Galesburg Animal Hospital, we provide a spotlessly clean, climate-controlled, welcoming environment. You can take care of business - or leave on that well-earned vacation - secure in the knowledge that your pet is safe, comfortable, clean, and happy.
Galesburg Animal Hospital has over 50 cages and kennel runs of all shapes and sizes to accommodate the smallest dog up to a large dog such as a St. Bernard. Dogs are exercised in outdoor runways early morning and mid afternoon for 30 minutes to an hour. A leash walk is provided at noon and in the evening. This gives all dogs at least four potty breaks daily. In addition, playtime is available where our more active guests receive extra romping twice a day in our play yard.
Cats can receive playtime too if needed, especially for an extended stay.
We also allow boarding for birds and pocket pets like gerbils and hamsters.
If your pet needs medications or a special diet…no problem, our pet loving kennel staff is on top of it.
